HEALTH PLANS Medical plan - Our medical plan offers a choice between two levels of PPO coverage, an HMO, and a HSA plan. The HSA plan includes a company contribution and several investment options. Dependent coverage is available for minimal cost. Dental plan - Our dental plan provides major, preventative, and basic coverage. Life insurance and AD&D - Our insurance plans are provided at 2 times plus coverage for spouse and dependent children. Disability insurance - Our disability insurance is provided for short and long term needs. Supplemental insurance for additional life insurance and AFLAC is also available. FAMILY-FRIENDLY PLANS Flexible schedules give employees flexible start and stop times to accommodate personal needs. Our Paid time off plan provides income replacement for time away from work at 144 hours per year. We provide 10 paid holidays per year. Various options for Medical & Dependent care are available.
